QUOTES

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and exclude GST.

Quotations are generally valid for 30 days from date of quote.

We reserve the right to requote on items that may not be currently available.

ORDERS

Payment is required prior to dispatch (Kitchen Kapers 30-day Account Holders excepted).

Payment options: EFT, VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Pre-payment is required for customised, non-stocked or indent items and once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

We will not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control including delays or inability to supply due to stock levels at our suppliers.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

Orders can be collected from our Artarmon warehouse (2/2 George Place) 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday) and 10.00 am to 4.00 pm (Saturday).

We offer free standard delivery, weekdays only (excluding equipment, large and bulky goods) for all orders over $300.00 ex GST, within a 20km radius of Artarmon.

Delivery is also available for orders under $300.00, but charges apply.

Please allow 1-4 business days from ordering.

Australia-wide shipping available.

Shipping charges vary for equipment and large items, depending on your location and the weight and size of the product. Kerbside delivery only for large items.

Delivery quoted at the time of ordering.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of invoice with the goods in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags and in original packaging, together with your proof of purchase.

A re stocking and freight fee may apply.

If you receive an incorrect item or goods that are damaged please contact us within 7 days of invoice, together with proof of any damage (i.e. photographs)
No return/refund on sale items or gift cards.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.
